What subscription feature CPO’s needs?


  • Able to create multiple subscriptions for users. 

  • option such that only a few plans are visible for the general public. 

  • Option to give a daily consumption limit within subscription plan.

  • KPIs include Active Subscribers , Active Plans and Sale Revenue. 

  • To view subscription specific KPIs in the details page. 

  • Can deactivate the subscription plan , But only New user onboarding will stop, existing users having the plan active can still avail the benefits.

The Subscription Management Module helps CPOs and fleet operators create and manage flexible EV charging plans.


CMS Subscription Module

This project is about designing and building a Subscription Module within a Charging Management System that allows CPOs and fleet operators to create, manage, and analyze EV charging subscription plans with flexible pricing models, easy asset assignment, and detailed analytics for better business decisions.

Needed to communicate to users that only 3 plans can be created for a specific driver group or asset without causing confusion.

Real-Time Preview Awareness

Ensured users clearly understood that the details they enter (name, pricing, validity, benefits) are instantly reflected in the subscription card preview, helping them visualize the final plan and easily compare across plans.

Change Tracking for Transparency

Providing CPOs with a history log to review what changes were made, when, and by whom (version history for accountability).

Benefit Section Usability

Designing a benefits input area that clearly indicates CPOs can add up to three benefits which will automatically display on the subscription card.
